Fixed bug #1112 (retina display support)

with the attached patch, the opengles context will always use the maximum
screensize available; this is particularly useful for supporting retina display
on latest iphone.
please note: Apple documentation warns that using the "upscaled" gl context
actually uses more memory and bandwitdh, so it might be worth to let the user
decide whether to disable it or not, either with a flag or a sdl function...

To compile and install SDL: 0. If you have downloaded this from the website, skip to the next step. If you have checked this out from subversion, you'll need to run ./autogen.sh to build the configure script. 1. Look at the example programs in ./test, and check out the HTML documentation in ./docs to see how to use the SDL library. 3. Join the SDL developer mailing list by sending E-mail to sdl-request@libsdl.org and put "subscribe" in the subject of the message.
