diff src/video/quartz/SDL_QuartzVideo.m @ 1340:58b114ef50e7
Faster fades when changing to/from/between fullscreen modes on Mac OS X. Also,
it doesn't show the desktop between modes anymore.
Fixes Bugzilla #100.
