Fixed bug #292
I might be on crack here.
It looks like SDL_ConvertMono() in src/audio/SDL_audiocvt.c adds the left and
right channels of a stereo stream together, and clamps the new mono channel if
it would overflow.
Shouldn't it be dividing by 2 to average the two sample points instead of
clamping? Otherwise the mono sample point's volume doubles in the conversion.
This would also make the conversion faster, as it replaces two branches per
sample frame with a bitwise shift.

30 \fBSDL_MouseButtonEvent\fR is a member of the \fI\fBSDL_Event\fR\fR union and is used when an event of type \fBSDL_MOUSEBUTTONDOWN\fP or \fBSDL_MOUSEBUTTONUP\fP is reported\&.
31 .PP | |
32 When a mouse button press or release is detected then number of the button pressed (from 1 to 255, with 1 usually being the left button and 2 the right) is placed into \fBbutton\fR, the position of the mouse when this event occured is stored in the \fBx\fR and the \fBy\fR fields\&. Like \fI\fBSDL_KeyboardEvent\fR\fR, information on whether the event was a press or a release event is stored in both the \fBtype\fR and \fBstate\fR fields, but this should be obvious\&.
