annotate src/events/SDL_keyboard.c @ 3923:0dd8bdf173e2 SDL-1.2
Linux fbcon: don't include asm/page.h if we know getpagesize() exists, since
we don't need it, and doing so will hit #error lines on some CPU archs.
Thanks to Mike Frysinger for the heads up.
Fixes Bugzilla #414.
