Fixed bug with switching to fullscreen mode and back. Fixed few double SEGFAULTS during parachute mode. Removed compilation warning with no PgWaitHWIdle prototype. Removed pack of dead unusable code. Cleanups SDL_PrivateVideoData structure, some headers. Some code formatting.
