Removed the remaining size_t references that affected the FIFE API and replaced them with more appropriate definitions. The remaining size_t definitions will remain as they wont cause any issues. fixes[t:152]

Added a simple percentage bar widget along with a quick demo in the sliders portion of the pychan_demo. Note: I have not tested the foreground image feature yet. fixes[t:411]

The last commit did not solve the random segfault issue in linux. I have added a deadtimer list to pychan's EventListenerBase which takes care of the issue (for now).
