This commit is to back port a fix from 0.3.3 dev branch to the trunk. The directory provider will now use the boost::filesystem::is_directory function to determine if the passed in source is a directory. This allows a python client (through VFS::addNewSource) to add a directory source that is either an absolute path or a relative path from where the application is launched. [t:544]

This commit is to back port a fix in 0.3.3 dev branch to the current trunk. Adding boost_system as a required dependency as boost_filesystem is dependent on it. On linux distros with newer versions of gcc FIFE is failing to configure properly without boost_system in the lib list. [t:540]

Fixed the VFSDirectory so that it is compatible with the different versions of boost::filesystem. It chooses the correct functions based on the boost version being used.

Added the README for the upcoming win32 devkit update. The devkit.iss installer scrips relies on the existence of the file anyway, so it sounds like a good idea to have it in SVN as well. Makes future updates to the file easier as well :-)
