These functions are recommended to be used by all clients if required. Note: this may cause some problems with certain compilers. I hope this wont have to be reverted. TODO: remove the static constant globals somehow.

You can now get a list of ScreenModes the device supports. ScreenMode includes information on the screen resolution, if the mode is fullscreen/windowed and if it would use the OpenGL or SDL renderer.
