Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Use list() instead of slice. Python did not like to use the slice on an empty C++ vector.

1. Create the Devkit in build\win32\ as usual
2. Change the Devkit version in devkit.iss.
3. Compile the installer
