Several changes to layer, camera and map dialogs:
* Renamed CameraEditor and LayerEditor to CameraDialog and LayerDialog
* Moved CameraDialog and LayerDialog into their own modules in scripts.gui so other components can use them.
* Prettier camera dialog
* Added LayerDialog to map wizard
