pythonic interface to FIFE.

Currently it implements the following

* FIFE Exceptions print their message.
* Automatic property generation for:
  * fife.Engine
  * fife.Instance
  * fife.Image
  * fife.Animation
  * fife.Point
  * fife.Rect
