Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Added the ability to specify the default settings filename. Also added the serializer get property.

1. Create the Devkit in build\win32\ as usual
2. Change the Devkit version in devkit.iss.
3. Compile the installer
