diff SDL_sound.c @ 48:c4b8c39a9798
Individual decoders are now initialized during Sound_Init(), and deinitialized
during Sound_Quit(). Those that fail initialization are flagged as
unavailable. Removed MULTIPLE_STREAMS_PER_RWOPS. Added MOD entry.
